Strategic Pricing. According to Metcalf (n.d.), positive marginal profit (MP) (scenario in Graph 1), graphs how a firm reaches MP - amplified production of goods or services; whereas, when negative marginal profits exits, a firm would produce less product or services to balance diminished returns to zero (Wikipedia, n.d).
